A few words about myself and my profession
I was born and raised in the city of Berat. After completing my primary and lower secondary education in Berat, I continued my high school studies in Istanbul.
I then pursued higher education at Ankara University, where I studied Medicine. I completed my five-year specialisation in General Surgery at the same university, the leading and most renowned institution in Türkiye, for General and Oncological Surgery. At the same university, I later undertook a two-and-a-half-year specialisation in Oncological Surgery, focusing primarily on surgical interventions for tumour-related diseases.
I have several years of solid experience in the fields of General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, and Oncological Surgery, during which I have performed thousands of operations in some of Türkiye’s top hospitals, working alongside the country’s most prominent professors in these fields.
The first operation is the most crucial in the surgical treatment of tumour diseases. Ensure it is performed by specialists in this field and at specialised centres.
Tumour surgery requires specific expertise and a modern approach, often involving multidisciplinary collaboration between surgeons and other oncology departments. This expertise is directly linked to the large number of patients treated by these surgeons and specialised centres.
